Lounging

Alex and I planned our big trip this year around our schedules. We didn't want to go during the summer (because that would be the winter). We couldn't go during September, because we had a lot going on in September. And we didn't want to go in November and December because we have enough going on with the holidays.

So October made sense. And sooner seemed better than later. And leaving on a Thursday night seemed like a great idea. It didn't occur to us until this week that the date that we just happened to choose was the same day we left on our honeymoon two years ago. Awhhhhh.

I'm writing from the international lounge in the San Francisco airport, where we are passing the time until our flight. It's not very exciting, but it's better than sitting in a bus terminal and getting TB. (I'm referring to a news story, which I can't link to because I'm not sure I have that capability on my blackberry.)

I'll do my best to keep you all posted.
