I've re-discovered the morn...Yay morning workouts! I've re-discovered the mornings for working out myself--driven by the fact that the evening spinning classes are always packed (have to get there an hour before... who needs that?) and the 8:30am classes were eating into too much of my day, I've been going to the 5:30am classes twice a week for a year and a half now.
